Every Power Perfect Box carries a ten (10)-year manufacturer’s warranty for the original purchaser. If within ten years the unit is damaged by a power surge (excluding lightning) or fails to work, Satic will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace it. You can use an EMI meter, which plugs into any outlet to measure your dirty-electricity levels. Turn the unit off at the breaker panel and take a reading, then turn it back on and take another — you’ll see the difference in your dirty-electricity levels.

The Gen III Power Perfect Box Super Duty model has two LED lights under the main cover that illuminate when the wire-in EMF filter is working.

Yes — we recommend a licensed electrician to install the wire-in EMF filters. Many electricians have never heard of dirty electricity or EMI/EMF, so we suggest telling them it is a whole-house surge protector, as most electricians will know what that is and how it works. Installation should not take a licensed electrician more than 30–45 minutes.

If installed correctly, there is nothing in the Power Perfect Box product line that can harm your electrical system. They are UL (Underwriters Laboratory) listed — and would not be if they could harm your electrical system.
